How long until I receive my order?

We aim for your order to be made and dispatched within 5 working days. Once your order has been shipped, it should take 3-5 working days to arrive. This applies to UK orders only - delivery times may be longer for international orders.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations up to 1 hour after your order has been placed. After this time, we do not accept any cancellations. If you would like to cancel your order, please use the contact form or email katsupclothing@gmail.com.

How much is shipping?

UK shipping is free when you spend over £30. When you spend less than £30, there is a delivery charge of £1.29.

For international orders, shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your order. International orders are sent fully tracked so that you can keep up to date with where your parcel is!

Do you ship to my country?

Yes - we ship worldwide! To avoid any delays in your order being processed and shipped, please ensure that all details are entered correctly.

Do you do custom orders?

At this time, we are not offering custom orders, but this is something we are considering for the future of KATSUP.

Can i change my order?

Unfortunately, you are unable to change your order once it has been placed. If you require a change of delivery address, please contact us using the contact form and we will amend this for you. Please note that we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.
